REFUND POLICY

These are non-refundable goods. As a result, we offer returns or exchanges only in the case of products damaged before arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps for a hassle-free resolution:

    4. Upon approval, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the damaged item.
    5. Once we receive the damaged product, we will process the refund or ship a replacement as per your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been used or opened.

Exchange
