Domestic (UK) orders – We are committed to offering free shipping on orders over £40 spends within the UK. We use Royal Mail tracked 24 and tracked 48 to ship all of our UK orders. Once you purchase products from Sone Cosmetics, we will process your order within 1-2 business days. The typical shipping time, once processed, is an additional 2-7 days. Rest assured that you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your package is shipped.

A parcel is not considered lost until 21 days post dispatch

International orders – As a small business, we’re so excited to have recently launched international shipping. Currently we are splitting the shipping cost with you (the customer), so you will see a discounted shipping charge at checkout. Please allow up to 21 days for international shipping.

You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes on your international order.

A parcel is not considered lost until 30 days post dispatch.
